This is, essentially, a rejected-but-not-really pile. If we have 10 warlocks and you app as a warlock, I cannot accept you. If you can only raid after 11, when we *stop* raiding, I cannot accept you. In a few cases, this might be a (quasi) polite, "Rumor on the grapevine is you're not all that and a bag of candy." Alternatively, I may just believe that you failed at some point in World of Applicationprocesscraft.
So. If your application is here, it isn't dead, but it isn't going anywhere on its own.
