Discuss your talents: I am currently feral-resto hybrid specced, leaning heavily toward feral (42-19). My feral points allow me a fair amount of flexibility, and include bear-tanking points, such as thick hide and survival of the fittest. The points I have spent in restoration are geared toward improving my tankage and melee dps (Intensity, Omen of Clarity, etc.) I have also spent talent points in nurturing instinct and  nature's  focus, so that I am capable of healing when properly geared.

I also enjoy a solid restoration spec (past tree of life form) and frequently respec between feral and resto (feral for soloing and tanking, and resto when I or friends need a healer) I do not mind respeccing within the feral or resto trees depending on the needs of the guild (seriously, If I minded respeccing, my respec cost wouldnt be 40g). I have not tried balance spec at lvl 70, but (if for some bizzarre reason a balance druid were needed) would be willing to give that a try as well.

Ventrilo: I have Ventrilo, and a computer decent enough to use Ventrilo and WoW without lagging. I have a headset with attached mic, and can easily replace it if it breaks. My internet connection is fast, but occasionally goes out around 2:00am server time. This should not be an issue, however, because I will usually not be available to play at 2:00 server time (see schedule below).

Typical Weekly Playtime: I work during the week, but I get home in time for events occurring at around 7:35 server time. I can play until 2:00am server time on weeknights, but would prefer not to use my mic on ventrilo past midnight, since I live with my parents during the summer, and would not wish to wake them. I will be available at all raiding times unless aliens invade the earth* (*Mallicia, guild app sticky).

Time Zone: I am on central time. My playtime listed for the above question is in server time, not my time.

Previous Guilds: I rolled this character expressly to lvl to 70 as a hordie and play with real life friends Juggler and Restorer. I have not been in a serious raid guild on this server.

Previous Raiding Experience: I have been in pre Burning Crusade allied raid guilds on Kirin-tor (Seraphic) and on Detheroc (Illuminati).  On both occasions, I was a healer (60 dwarf holy/disc priest on detheroc, 60 night elf resto druid on kirin tor). I have fought up to Ragnaros in MC, and have also fought in BWL. My guild was already at BWL when I joined, however, so I did not have to work out the strategy on my own, rather, I learned to fit into pre-existent strategies.

Why are you applying to us?: I would like to participate in end-game raid content. I have selected Heresiarch rather than other, competitive guilds because I would like to raid with my RL friends, Restorer(/Stunner) and Juggler, if at all possible. Also, I have heard that Enigma sucks (This pearl of wisdom was provided courtesy of Juggler). Aside from raid content, I also enjoy group instancing, quests, and battlegrounds, especially Eye of the Storm.

Anything else? I am working toward my Karazhan attunement today (Update! I AM KARA KEYED!), and am also getting reputation for various heroic keys. I already possess the coilfang reservoir key.

Stats: in bear form, I have about 11 thousand armor, and a similar quantity of hitpoints (slightly over or under 12k, depending on buffs).  I have some items that add to defense, but few enough that I have decided to invest in heavy clefthoof to improve my tanking ability.
As a healer, I have 832 plus healing, and about 360 spirit (when restoration specced).

Professions: I am a Skinner and Tribal Leatherworker. My skinning is maxed, and my leatherworking is at 346 (Update: 355!)

Raiding: Talking to Juggler and Restorer, and reading stickies and threads on these forums, I have heard that members are sometimes required to sit out various raids. Although I do desperately want to raid, I will not make a stir or behave petulantly should I be assigned secondary priority for raid spots.

Thank you for your time and effort in reviewing my application.

And Shepard's we shall be
For Thee, my lord for Thee.
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand
Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command
So we shall flow on a river forth to thee
And teeming with souls shall it forever be.

Everyone that cares to pay attention already knows that is true.  I can tell you Bok as an officer I appreciate a well thought out thorough app.

Je n'ai fait celle-ci plus longue que parceque je n'ai pas eu le loisir de la faire plus courte.

    * Literally: I made this [letter] very long, because I did not have the leisure to make it shorter.
    * Translation: I would have written a shorter letter, but I did not have the time.

I believe it is now appropriate to post times when I would be available to trial. I should be online for much of this friday (today) and saturday (tomorrow?). I will whisper daksuo (should I see him online) to inform him of my availability.
