Well anyways i've obviously have a couple of things to tweak with my rogue, even certain fights Pre-potting wasnt even viable for any dps increase, Beth when I was on drone duty, Rhyolith when cleaving/steering legs, and Aly to an extent before she took off. We didnt have WoL running this raid, and eventhrough the fights still werent up to par with the damage I techincally should be doing. When I really get my shit together, better geared through the 10man, trying different methods and rotations ill reconsider handing in another App here. Thanks anyways for the reality check, and good luck with your progression within Firelands.

Incidentally, Gunther, you're young yet, so I'll explain something. Once you've been around the track a few times, you'll realize that "butter fingers" are pretty much your best case scenario in a situation like that, especially compared with, say, "sandpaper baseball bat".

Anyway, I do recall Cyburn from Malediction, and ICC and such. Good guy, reliable tank, played fine. Generally pretty low key. Personality wise I think he'd fit in fine, but I do think his rogue's dps is a bit low for the numbers we need to hit.

Not sure about the personality, my initial impression was that he thinks he's hot shit, especially in relation to actual performance - the 2-healing heroics comment, playing it off like he was a core raider in DS when he raided about a month with them in total, etc. A little swagger is fine if you have the skill to back it up, but I haven't seen any indication of it. He did tone it down a bit toward the end, so maybe that's closer to your personal experience / his true personality, shrug.
