Discuss your talents and tell us how long you have been this particular spec:
I began playing wow during the end of BC and hit 70 about 2 weeks before Sunwell was released. My first spec at that time was fury and I have been it ever since. My current spec is the 8/31/2 more or less cookie cutter spec. I go with 3/3 Deepwounds and 2/3 Incite as tests have shown that choice currently produces more dps, and that gap will only widen as Crit and Strength levels increase to increase the damage and uptime of Deepwounds. I chose 2/2 for Rude Interuption to help smooth out the dps loss caused by a no damage pummel. I also pick up Heroic Fury which allows for even more mobility as being able to intercept twice in a row can come in handy pretty often. As far as gear goes I am in the best gear I can currently get, been a bit unlucky with plate dps drops. I have the Tier 12 gloves, but they are not equipped as the 2 piece Tier 11 of shoulders/gloves is currently more dps, until I get the tier 12 shoulders for the 4 piece. I also have the Hit/Crit neck off of Shannox but with my current stats the Crit/Exp neck is better. I am currently stacking Hit, but will begin to stack more crit and then mastery as gear continues to improve trying to keep Hit from 14-16%.
My prot spec is set up more so for heroics as my current guild has 2 tanks that are pretty consistent for raids, but having said that I have tanked 6/7 with it, and would be glad to change it if needed for raids. My prot gear is currently 367 equipped.


Ventrilo and do you have a mic:
Yes and yes. I have no problem with talking over vent as I am my current guilds raid leader, though some would say co/raid leader.



Do you have an authenticator?
Yes I have the iphone version.



Typical Weekly Playtime
I should be able to make it for all raids.



Time Zone:
Um... this one is a bit more complicated.... I am currently employed as a traveling Physical Therapist, but I should be working mostly along the east coast. If I know I have a new job coming up that would change this, I should be able to make any needed adjustments.




Previous Guilds:
Started with Bonzos Brass Buttoneers back in BC and first part of Wrath. BBB then split and I went with the half that created Drama Society. I was then forced to stop playing wow for a few months to finish school and when I came back for cata I joined a guild known as Heresiarch about the time firelands came out. I was actually in Heresiarchs first raid on firelands in several blues Shit then hit the fan and I think most of you know why, and I left to raid with Excelsior for a short time.



Previous Raiding Experience (Only content completed within 6~12 months of release matters, we don't care that you can solo Kara at 85):
BC: Cleared Kara, Mags, Gruul. Killed a few bosses in SSC, BT and TK.
Wrath: Cleared all Tier 7, Tier 8, and Tier 9 with a few heroics thrown in there. Cleared all of Icc up to LK when I quit to finish school.
Cata: Came in near firelands release, but cleared all tier 11 bosses since then. Currently am 6/7 in Firelands.


Why are you applying to us:
There are several reasons for my application. The main one being excelsiors raids times are not working very well for me. Raids do not begin until 9 PM at the earliest, often closer to 10, and I need to log off to not be worthless at work the next day preferably by 11. My leaving at 11 means I miss the last hour or so of raiding or the group is forced to call it after only an hour or so of raiding.

Well since I was in the guild not too long ago, yes I know several people. I have raided with several people that are currently in Heresiarch when we were in previous guilds as well.

Well my name is Zack MIller, Im 24, and I just finished my doctorate of Physical Therapy. I am currently employed in south Georgia in BFNW... but will only be here for this next week. So you're traveling, but can generally make the raid times?

For raid tanking, I'd suggest specing out of Blitz and into IV, and then glyping it, but otherwise it looks good.

Yes I am traveling but I stay at each location for 13 weeks. I get to choose where I go and where I get to stay at, and Im not going to choose a location that doesnt have great internet.
Yeah I agree with the talent changes, and as i said the only reason they were set up like this was because I mainly tank heroics, but I will switch that out no problem.

We've seen you play before so you're a known entity, and a fury/prot warrior is a good fit for our raid comp. Just give us a heads up if the work situation gets bad, but even if you have to miss the occasional raid that's fine.

Hit up Wrath or I for an invite whenever. We're doing a makeup raid of Rag tomorrow at 8 server if you want to come along. Should only take 10-20 minutes.
