First off I play MM like any other good hunter that has the thought that survival stopped being the best at 4.0.6 same time when MM got its buff but thats besides the point of my awesome skills of looking at the interwebz.

You could say I play a cookie cutter spec but i've seen many hunter with differnt things speced into then what I have. I am no retard when it comes to the class I play, I read every thing that I can about my class and the multiple specs that class has websites, talents, abilitys, and such. Two optimizing programs are femaledwarf.com and Rawr *currently not best to play with for a hunter* I have gone into countless hours of hours putting together differnt situational dps advatages and disadvantages. I have done my fair share of looking at Elitist Jerks since every there is backed up with calculations for the most I could do.

My spec thats I am currently awear that it is a three phase dps spec
*these are not the original names for them just something that I remember that as*

first phase The Kill phase: Prepot > rapid fire > Aimed shot x2 > steady shot x4 > readiness > Rapid fire > Aimed shot x2 > Steady shot x4 *around now when the boss is at 89%*

second phase The Burn phase: Sperpent Sting > Chimera Shot > Steady shot x4 > focus dump on Arcane shot > Steady shot x2 > Chimera shot > Steady shot x4 and repeat till the boss is at 20%

third phase The Finish phase: I treat this the same as the second phase but putting kill shot on top priority for use.

Yes and Yes I im currently using a Turtle Beach Ear Force X11 for the surround sound and that they are the most comfortable headset that I've ever worn.

Do you have an authenticator?

No never needed one in the 6 years i've played this game. aka my original since I was 10

This toon has been an alt for the long time that I tried to get stuff done with him raiding wise but not alot of success.

W A N T E D- was GM of this guild of friends that I tried to raid with Later disbanded because of the horrible turn of events of people not wanting to do anything.

Previous Raiding Experience (Only content completed within 6~12 months of release matters, we don't care that you can solo Kara at 85):

I don't have alot of raiding experience on this toon but I've been raiding since vannila I stoped raiding and went completly pvp in BC and start up again in wrath on drenden and got to 85 by the end of ToC and when ICC started up I was able to full clear ICC on 10 before wrath ended and get a few HM bosses down I also did my fair shair 25's then too but it was more of a off thing.

Yeah I honestly going to be honestly that I did piss poor in that BH i just wanted to get it down over paying attention to what to press why prolly saw my DE from the group during eyes and barly multi-shot on my way back in and I caught my self letting serpent sting drop off a few times having to spend more focus then I need to putting SS back up then continuing with wahtever i was doing.

This guild im in has a raid tonight that I was going to log which will show my better proformance aside from that BH.

on note on the gem im exactly on point to 8% hit perfect if the gem slot was a yellow I would prefer then to use a hybrid gem but for now the red gems serves its worth.

I've ran my gear through femaledwarf.com many times and comeout to my conclusion of 25k+ dps and for Rawr I have my gear at the highest of optimization that it could be at.

Wasn't a bad app and I can tell you've put time into it. Actually the biggest drawback is that I've actually seen you play; if I hadn't been in that BH with you I'd have a more positive outlook on the app.

If you can't focus on something as easy as BH, it makes me worry about how you'd do on something that actually requires you to pay attention to mechanics. We'll see what the new log says though. And generally speaking I tend to be more wary of 16 year olds for maturity purposes; according to a current raider you were obnoxious to some of the person's friends (not necessarily a huge deal since I don't know the exact context, but it all gets factored in).

Doesn't matter if it's a blue socket, it's the socket bonus that matters. Since the pants have a 20 agi bonus using a 20 agi / 20 hit gem gives you the same agi as a 40 agi gem. By using the agi/hit gem and fixing reforging you gain an extra 134 DPS. As I mentioned to you in our chat after BH Fluid Death is a much better trinket than Essence. More agi and it gives you flexibility in reforging.

Not sure which MM spec you use more often, but serpent sting is a terrible glyph. Rapid fire when you don't have chimera glyphed is terrible too. Arcane is meh as well, you have enough gear to use Aimed as your focus dump. Using Chimera/Steady/Rapid Fire and using Aimed as your focus dump is another 2,395 DPS.

With full buffs I got you to 31,959 DPS in femaledwarf.

There weren't that many hunter buffs in that BH, but with the comp we had I have you at 25,134. I don't expect most apps to actually hit the simulated number, but considering the aoe opportunities on Occuthar you should be close.

The biggest issue is in your spell breakdown:

Auto Shot (16.5%) > Arcane Shot (13.8%) > Wild Quiver (12.7%) > Steady Shot (11.2%) > Chimera Shot (10.6%)

My spell breakdown:

Aimed Shot (18.6%) > Chimera Shot (13.9%) > Steady Shot (12.4%) > Piercing Shots (10.7%) > Wild Quiver (8.7%)

• I'll naturally have a lower percentage of auto shots since they're suppressed during Aimed (It was my 8th highest source of damage). You'll naturally have a lower percentage of Piercing Shots since Arcane doesn't trigger it (though you do have more crit than I do). But auto shot shouldn't be that high for you, you're wasting way too many globals.
• For example, you got off 50 steady shots, I got off 69. I have 7.59% more haste than you, but it shouldn't be that large of a gap. Especially since my Aimed Shots have a much longer cast time than your Arcane - there's no reason you couldn't have squeezed in another 12-15 more steadies.
• Same thing with Chimera - I got off 17, you got off 12. We're both limited by the CD (I'm using the glyph, but it wouldn't buy me an extra 5 chimeras) so that's just a sloppy rotation.
• Kill Shot - 6 for me, 3 for you. I don't use the kill shot glyph, so that's again just poor play.
• Damage to eyes - 636k for me, 294k for you. I wasn't specced into bombardment for Aly/Baleroc so my aoe was lower than it could have been. I do outgear you by 2 ilvls so I'd expect my shots to hit slightly harder (and it's somewhat misleading since it's the reforged haste that makes a big difference). Looks like you did have bombardment.
• You missed an arcane torrent, and it doesn't look like you have a timer for Hungerer ICD on your UI - should use one for stacking CDs.
• Speaking of UI, disengage bound to = doesn't seem very convenient. I'd recommend binding it to a mouse button.

Looks to be more of the same with the spell breakdown, too much time spent not casting. Overall some of the pieces are there and you seem to have put effort into the character, but just not seeing the numbers we should for your gear. Going to be a no, good luck in your search.

well for thanks for the tips again i've done the math and what should be doing with my gear looked it over in female dwarf got around 31k i reforged my gear for as much haste has i could get but still having more crit over my haste by 96 crit. It just feels weirder then the other way and a little more tight with having to use chimera shot everyonce in a while to refresh serpent sting. It stills seems unclear to me really like does the first phase stay the same, for the second phase would I steady shot x4 > serpent sting > aim shot focus dump and repeat, and for third phase be the basicly the same but using kill shot off cd?

At this point I really don't think it matters your right i have put alot of effort into this character and i do what i can to get my chars as best as possible.

You missed the point. Don't worry about the rotation so much, worry about mashing your buttons. The reason you're doing 5k less DPS than you should isn't because you're using the wrong rotation, it's because you're not pushing your buttons often enough. Mash more steadies, mash more chimeras, mash more aimed and you'll do a few k more DPS. That's a fundamental flaw in your game that won't change regardless of what they do to hunters (or any GCD heavy class really).
