Could anyone hook me up with one of these?

Need it for my next enchanting rod.  Finally got enough skill to do +dmg on my rings (Thanks muck for the dust) and would like to get them enchanted fairly soon.

I believe my tank can make these  but i have no mats  I should be combining my mats for the breastplate of kings today which requires 60 adman bars among other things
