Discuss your talents and tell us how long you have been this particular spec:
Pretty standard Shadow Priest spec, with the "floater" points in Inner Sanctum for survival purposes. Been Shadow since WotLK, but never took the character on as a main until roughly 4 months ago.

Ventrilo and do you have a mic:
Yep, and a headset so there's no feedback issues.

Do you have an authenticator?
Yes.

Typical Weekly Playtime:
I can make all raid nights, and I usually play whenever I'm bored and have free time.

Time Zone:
East Coast

Previous Guilds:
Overdosed on Azshara, WorkiƱg as Intended on Alexstrasza, Rage of Dragons on Drenden, Calamitous Intent on Mal'Ganis, Drama Society on Drenden, Summit on Drenden, and most recently Kitten Soup of Drenden. All in order of which I played with the guild.

Previous Raiding Experience (Only content completed within 6~12 months of release matters, we don't care that you can solo Kara at 85):
BC - All of T4, all of T5, Hyjal, Black Temple, up to Eredar Twins in SWP.
WotLK - All content including Heroic Lich King on 25 man and Heroic Halion on 25 man.
Cata - All of T11 on normal (Pre-Nerf, 10 Man) and 6/7 in T12 (10 Man).

Why are you applying to us:
Looking to get back into raiding, and Kitten Soup doesn't have an open DPS slot currently.

Link us your Armory:

Characters to corroborate with my past experience.
TBC-Mid WotLK w/ T11 : http://us.battle.net...angerlol/simple
WotLK : http://us.battle.net...Stranger/simple

World of Logs Report:

Use the links in the bottem left when selecting a boss to see the actual WoL parse. WoL show character name as Strangerqt, which I procured a name change 3 days ago.

Do you know anyone in guild? If so please list your pals.
Not particularly. I raided with Corylus way back when, though I can't remember with what guild to save my life.

Tell us a bit about yourself:
Names Justin, 23 years young, and I live in Virginia. Been playing WoW since late Vanilla though didn't get heavily into the game until mid TBC. Only other game I really play anymore besides WoW is League of Legends, which I'm on and off of depending on who I play with.

Ran BH with him earlier (its up early, Guinthel, and as usual we all got saved before you even logged in) with me on my arcane mage and he smoked me (not that I did particularly well, but still), which is a good sign.

Vampiric Touch 805220 15.1 % - - 82 8080.1 662569 9 15850.1 142651 03:19 (89.0 %) -
Shadow Word: Pain 479785 9.0 % - - 84 4324.5 363261 13 8963.4 116524 03:35 (96.1 %) -
Devouring Plague 409694 7.7 % - - 88 3900.5 343245 8 8306.1 66449 03:27 (92.8 %) -

Pain is ok, plague is ok, touch should be higher. Occu'thar is a shitty parse to really gauge a shadow priests abilities, but being in 80's for VT is always a red flag. Ill look through the one you posted later, or maybe hecatus will.

Ya that's due to AoEing the eye's with Mind Sear. I set my focus to a healer for that fight for sear, so I never see when the DoT's fall off for that fight.

I've seen Summit parses before so I know he's not a bad player. Shadow priest would be useful since I can make Gunther drop windfury. I'd say let's skip the nonsense and set up a FL trial. We'll look you up either tonight or tomorrow night by 8 pm server, we have a new resto druid we're working into the group so not quite sure which night would be better to bring you.

I know Phil all to well, and I was there when Shiv joined for a raid spot then quit the game or w/e. I joined Summit like a month or 2 after Phil (Oshibo/Puddingcup) did. Was there for well over 500 of the heroic LK wipes, 2nd H LK Kill and 1st Halion kill. Took a break after the H Halion kill, came back about 2 weeks into Cata and ran with an alt 10 group on my Shaman for a while. After playing on my Shaman and not enjoying the performance Elemental was putting out at the time, I started gearing my Shadow Priest. Had intentions to start raiding with the 25 man group again because they were in search of a Spriest, but shorty after is when they disbanded. Overall though I was in Summit for a year and a half.

Yeah, both Phil and Shivaz jumped from us to Summit with varying degrees of fond memories. Both very strong players. We actually kicked Phil for general tard-ishness, though I admit to having a soft spot in my head for him still.

Did we ever kick Phil's priest? I thought he left before that. Because there was that night he and Passa just alt-F4'd during a raid, then he quit raiding to pvp, then he transferred to an RP server (Moon Guard?), then he went alliance with Dyslexic, then he went to Summit. He used to be on the forums here a lot until we banned him for griefing us during the guild pvp night. Fun guy to argue with.

And I think Shivaz was in the guild until we stopped raiding in wotlk and Ryan told people they can leave and come back if they want. Didn't really keep up with him after that since that's when I took my break, but he started tooling around on his druid in guild just this past week.

Phil progressively got worse with trolling and such to the point his RL friends started ignoring him. Robert (Passa) doesn't even talk to him anymore after events that happened between them. Don't get me wrong, he was a good player and all but he was horrible to try to do anything with. I think it was Wrathblood that was in one of the LoL games that we had with a Summit team, that Phil pretty much lost it for us cause he was acting like a kid the whole time.

And with Shivas he like went to another server or some shit then one day he was in Summit but never showed up for raid or anything to my knowledge.

I usually do a WoL review after a trial but I'm feeling lazy. Assuming that if you know about raidbots you're decent at critiquing your own play. But if you ever want me to do a review just let me know. Welcome aboard.
