Spell selection
- One of the things I notice is your rejuv:nourish ratio. A lot of druids take the mindset that they should be hotting everything in sight (including Diablo), and end up wasting a lot of mana overhealing. It's an unfortunate byproduct of the spamming from wotlk and druids being so OP on meters atm. In a lot cases with raid healing liberal use of WG + coverage from your other healers (especially if you have a holy priest with you) is enough to get people topped off and let you conserve the mana for when you really need it (or if you don't need it, you can reforge out of spirit for more throughput on demand, one of the weaknesses of druids). Domo is a good example of a fight where you can blow your wad too early and have nothing left for the last 1/3. Nourish is dirt cheap and helps you maintain harmony uptime, so work it in more after you get some hots up.
- You seem to use most of your clearcasting procs on Regrowth, on a fight like Baleroc you should be using it for Healing Touch. Regrowth for building stacks is fine.
Uptimes
- Lifebloom uptime needs to improve. Especially on a fight like Baleroc (49.5% uptime) it needs to be as close to 100% as possible on the tank. Not to mention you'll get more regen when you get 2-piece T12.
- Harmony uptime was pretty good, 69.3% on Beth, 87.4% on Baleroc (to be expected with all the single target healing), 36.6% on Alysrazor (which is such a joke now that there's barely anything to heal. Or DPS for that matter). All higher than Diablo last week / this week (he spams rejuv even more than you do). 63.6% on Heroic Shannox, which isn't bad considering running from rageface and staying in range of people. Even so you should be shooting for 100% uptime (again, nourish helps). From your UI screenshot it doesn't look like you have a timer for it, so setting one up can help you improve.
CDs
- Used barkskin 7 times across 12 Shannox attempts which is good, didn't use it at all in the other fights. Not sure if it's because they were on normal or lack of familiarity with the fights, but you should familiarize yourself with the best times to pop it on each fight and get in the habit.
- Hard to get a feel for your tranquility usage since most of the fights weren't conducive to it, did pop it on Aly (but not Beth) and you seemed to be using it even on trash, so hopefully that's a sign that you're not shy about going to it.
- Innervate usage was good, missed one on Aly but you might not have needed the mana.
- Don't seem to use ToL much, once on Baleroc and once on Aly. Short CD, don't be stingy about using it. On something like Shannox I'd pop it after a spear hit, WG + SM, and just toss out a few extra LBs to people in range, regrowth when clearcasting procs.
Tard Factor
- http://raidbots.com/...00077e#mistakes
- No crystal prison traps on Shannox which is good. One immo trap not a big deal.
- One tornado on Aly. They move slow as shit now, but not bad considering it was your first time seeing the fight. (And the other 2 healers ate 6 tornados each. /facepalm)
So overall there's some tweaks to make but I think you could make a good addition. In terms of priority I'd say
- Learn the fights and the other healers
- Bump up LB uptime
- Bump up Harmony uptime
- Normalize spell usage
- Maximize CDs
With 2 druids and a holy priest we'll probably end up sitting one of you occasionally, but we'll try to make it fair. Wrath is usually on during the days if you want a guild invite, I might be on tonight but not sure. Next raid's on Sunday, heroic Rhyolith > Domo > Rag.
I gave you access to member chat on the forums, most of our activity happens in there (I'd check out the Heroic strat thread, raiding plan for the rest of T12, firestone drop list, basically all the recent stuff). And post in the attendance forum if you can't make a raid.
