I've given it some thought, and I think we're at a point where your tanking, with some pointers, is probably good enough, but your moonkin dps isn't there. If you're interested, I'm willing to take you as a friend-level member while you work on your moonkin dps. If a tank is out, then we could bring you in to tank for a night (I know I'll be out next Sunday, for example). However, to get promoted to raider status, you'd need to show you can dps effectively as moonkin. I think you can get there with enough practice, as long as you work on it, but its not there yet.

I've seen you lurking on the forums, but you haven't answered Wrath's offer. Gist of it is that we like your attitude and personality, just have some concerns about your ability to moonkin. So we're willing to take you on and see if you develop, but there's no guarantees on a long-term raid slot; it's completely dependent on how much effort you put into improving.

Looks like Wrath is going to be out tonight, so could be a good opportunity for us to check out your tanking and for you to get a feel for our raids. If you're available, please be on around 7:45ish. I'm a sadistic sob so I might make you tank heroic shannox (it's similar to normal for tanks, so I wouldn't worry that much).
