I am currently 6/32/3 in holy I like holy the most, i feel that my build gives me the strongest raid healing

no I do not, I do not feel it is necessary if you treat your computer wisely and know what you are doing

Typical Weekly Playtime:
Work mostly afternoons and early evenings most days i can play

Sigil, Fist of Fate, Requiem(on a different toon), Also i was in Heresiarch during BC on my Shaman (Grobrock he no longer exists) On alliance I was in Defiance and we killed Lich king

I have been playing WoW for over 6 years now from MC to now Firelands(2/7) i have done almost all of it

Why are you applying to us:
my current guild is failing do to lacking attendance and I would like to get some worth out of my money and time instead to sitting around trying to get a raid together

Darkness you seem like a nice enough guy bar some pretty childish bullshit I have seen you type in trade, and you seem really excited about joining this guild but im still not seeing that translate into your application. After the amount of effort seen in the responses from your last thread by our members, im a little lost as to why you thought 1 sentence answers would cut it again.

Here's the response I gave to roughly the exact same question when I first joined the guild in wrath:


I am healing Priest, and I almost always have been since I started playing this character back on my home realm of Chromaggus, when power word shield absorbed fall damage. I’ve been playing Priest for close to four years now, and I like to think I know a thing or two about specs.

Let’s look at my Holy spec (Disc is set-up for arena, although admittedly I am a bit of a noob this expansion in there). Some Priests take healing focus, but I have always found it skip-able, plus with the recent addition of Empowered Renew higher up in the tree, I love to max out Improved Renew in the first tier. I fill up the next few points in Divine Fury as filler, and work my way up the tree. Some Priests argue that Divine Fury is rather pointless because these days Greater Heal is a rare cast, but I find myself still pulling out 5-10% of my healing from GH.

You might ask, “Guin, what’s up with 1/3 Improved Healing?” I use the single point as filler to reach the next tier of talents, and as GH is only 5%ish of my healing on the average WWS, missing 10% mana on that spell is no great loss (I know it affects Divine Hymm as well, but what Priest in their right mind uses any mana casting that spell? Hint: Inner Focus).

Tiers 5&6 are predictably maxed out.

Some threads I have read in various think-tanks have argued the point of Blessed Resil>Empowered Healing, however I have found that I still yield greater results with the three points in EH. I guess we will leave this point open to your current experienced Priests, who may or may not agree.

The rest of my main spec is very standard; I have rolled with and without Test of Fate, but the way I see it that’s 12% healing when your raid needs it the most.

Any points of issue raised with my spec on the whole I will be quite happy to discuss because there is no single best spec for a holy Priest, you know with us being the jack of all trades in healing . If required I am also up to talking about my play style, and rotations, although I would prefer to talk over vent.

BTW: I plan on re-evaluating my glyphs, to remove flash heal with the renew one, and maybe Guardian Spirit with Prayer of Healing.

You may notice that I gem heavily for haste, and SP. One may also find that most of gear leans heavily on crit. I figure, they cancel each other out, but iv been working on picking up more haste gear. I'm aiming for about 300-450 haste, and no more then 25% crit raid buffed.

My current spec is 6/32/3. it is close to the current top specs on elitistjerks for Holy but with some changes namely taking a point out of spirit of redemption and placing it in to to rapid renewal to lower GCD on the spell to heal more then one target with renew faster. I also go for lightwell and the glyph for it to increase the amount of charges to help raid healing since the whole raid should be using it. I go 6 in to Disc to get the 6% more healing and 10% lower mana cost on instant cast spells to help with CoH, PoH, and Renew mana costs. I also go 3 in to Shadow to get the 3% to spell haste to get closer to the 12.5% haste needed to get a extra tick of renew. I also get Disparate prayer to help with self healing and "O shit" moments. My glyphs are currently focused on Group healing I use Renew, circle of healing, prayer of healing, and prayer of mending to get the most out of the spells, the rest are fill in glyph to fill out the page.

I would be inclined to vote no simply based on our potential priest roster:

me (shadow usually)
belv (holy usually)
luci (im assuming he wants to raid again come the fall, usually healing)
iamheals(worst recruit ever, discounting lolsup)

well, you're erratic for another month, luciform "may" start playing consistently in a month, and iam's attendance (or lack thereof) has been awfully bad. in theory we have 4 priests, in practice we have like maybe 1.5.
