Sanctum is a hybrid fps/tower defense game that runs on the unreal engine. This is a pretty neat concept for a game and very fun to play with friends. If you've played a tower defense game before you will be pretty comfortable right off the bat. All the standard towers and upgrading mechanics are there and easy to get used to. You also have 3 weapons which are upgradeable for the fps mode. A machine gun for close combat and quick bursts, a sniper for more power and as an anti-air gun, and a freeze gun for slowing enemies. Watched the yoggs cast review of this a while back..... meh iI guess I like the old school god point of view for tower defense games.

This is a rather impressive looking Indie game, the software license release of the Unreal engine is really letting people play around with some old game concepts while using impressive graphic capabilities.
