Seriously.

Fish out of pools. The guild needs you to spend 5-10 min/day fishing out of pools. It'll make the world a better place.

Also, if you're buying flasks, it's better to buy herbs and have someone in-guild make them. It contributes to our 1,000 flask achievement for cauldrons, and it's usually cheaper. I think Rohanna and Serror have flask masters. If 10 non-alchemists are raiding 9 hours a week we should be hitting 90 flasks a week, so make sure you're using them.
