It's strange, but I heal with hotkeys and tank by clicking *and* using hotkeys.

I guess I just feel more involved moving my mouse around and furiously mashing buttons at the same time. The boring buttons like consecrate and holy shield I use hotkeys, the awesome Captain America shield I click.

I guess this SS is also photographic evidence of my raiding spec. Hmm.

for some reason i like to put my unit frames in middle or lower middle of my screen

My castbar is right in the middle of Grid and my Trinket's.
Most of the time i am looking at my grid so it's very easy too see.
Usually i cast by feeling out the time when the spell is over tho ;P

After 2.4 hit i decided to completely re download and re fix every addon
I need to make my recount box smaller & fix my bigwigs
But I <3 this style of UI and I have been using it for 5+ months
