I clicked the link without thinking, and Microsoft prompted me with that "known attack site thing"

Well FF intercepted the page, so it never actually loaded. Anti virus came up with nothing on a fulls can, malwarebytes is going now

But I don't believe in antivirus software anyway. So I don't use any. There's no better protection than intelligence.

However since you have already demonstrated you lack that second half, what you have is better than nothing I guess. But if the page was intercepted you should be fine. It can't hurt to change your password, though, especially if you haven't for a few months/year/ever.
