Also could you explain your 25 man experience as your apping to a 25 man guild, I mean 10 man experience is good but 25 man experience is better.

Wrong Meta gem. Go for Relentless Earthsiege Diamond.
PVP Helm and shoulder Enchant.
No belt buckle in your pvp belt.
You're about 200 rating over hit cap even w/o talents.
Pants, feet, chest, not enchanted.
Horrible gemming. No real set path for what you want to gem. You have armpen, agi, and AP gems in your sockets. Its either you go for armpen cap or stack agi gems in your gear.

First off, use a god forsaken PERIOD. Run on sentences are BAD! Second Thecoldmage and Codez are no longer in the guild, not sure if you are aware of that. Third, not having a second profession doesn't speak highly for how much dedication you put into making your character better. Fourth, given the past experience with 15 year olds (and those 15 year olds that are hunters none the less) it doesn't look good for you.

You don't need a lot of gold to make your gear better. There are several of ways that you can pursue to gain gems, enchanting mats or better gear in general. First off, you can PvP to gain honor and then convert honor into gems (the most effective way to do it imo) or if you dislike PvP, you could run random instances to gain badges. Then take those badges and convert them into gems.

I can understand if you took a break from the game that your gear may be lacking in certain areas. However when you are applying to a guild that raids, and is pushing to do heroic content you should at least have your gear enchanted/gemmed correctly. This demonstrates to us that you have the basic knowledge of your class. If you only ran 10 man content then that is fine. The difference between 10 man and 25 man isn't that large; however, you should provide a WoL showing what type of numbers you can pull, what shots you are using, how effective you use your CDs and so on.

If you want to re-apply after you have addressed the issues that we have pointed out, awesome. If you do we will gladly look at your app again; however, if you decide not to then thats up to you, and really it shows us what type of a raider you are.

I touched briefly on the age issue. While we don't have a "you must be this old to ride the ride" policy, our experience with younger kids hasn't been that great. Who knows, you might be the exception to the rule. Personally the way someone types or fills out an application can tell you a lot about that person and just looking over your app you appear to be a very young kid. Always willing to give people the rope needed to hang themselves tho.

I remember reading a report somewhere that there was a security issue with the mobile authenticator. Sorry I can't remember where I read it. He's probably refering to the same thing.
