Raided with him for a short time and from what I can remember he is one of the more competent raiders I've run into. It would be nice if you could get in a pug and give us a WWS report though as these are the best indicators of if you will be able to provide adequate dps and anti-suckage.

i know dederra -.-
hes a good raider, very good raid awareness, no drama, and accept constructive critisism
havent seen his dps lately, but if we are lookin for hunters he def deserves a shot.

Gear's actually not bad, only minor thing I see is the agi/crit gem instead of ArP in the ICC ring.
Decent raid experience, 11 Yogg kils, 10 ToC-25, 11 ToGC-10.
Can't really go beyond that without a log, if you want to post the combatlog.txt here we can load it to WoL.

Well, I'm no Sobe, but I happen to be at an actual computer and I doubt he's conscious yet, so I can check out his armory profile and take a shot at it.
First, spec is fine, a common variation of MM cookie cutter. With a well put together raid he might be able to move that last point of Rapid Recouperation into Imp Steady Shot, but its not a big dps swing and will really depend on having a solid array of buffs/debuffs up to keep mana. Glyphs are basically ok. Glyph of Kill Shot is slightly questionable. Its value basically depends on whether you can take advantage of those extra KS's. In a fight with lots of adds like Valithrea or Deathwhisper, if you are quick enough to take advantage of it then it can be great. Also, in a fight like Sindragosa or Putricide, where you either spend a lot of time with the boss at low health or the crux of the fight is getting those last few %'s off the boss's health, then its great. However, its value is very "chunky" making it either good or bad. Otherwise, something like glyph of Aspect of Hawk might be "smoother", though I wouldn't necessarily say better.
For pet spec, I'm curious why you went with Stamina over Dash+Cobra reflexes? Is pet death a problem?
For gearing, he looks like he overall knows what he's doing. I have some quibbles, but there's nothing here that causes me serious concern. With his spec he's about ~16 over hitcap, so he might be able to swap that glove enchant to something else and he gemmed for ArPen everywhere except the rep ring which he went for the socket bonus. I'd be he got that ring before going all-in for ArPen and just never got around to changing it. At this arpen level, I suspect swapping that gem to Arpen would be a solid gain. Also a little surprising that you're still going with the Greatness Card. Its a fantastic trinket, but I wonder if you've done the math comparing it to the Banner at your gear level. I suspect the banner would be a gain for you but, I don't have RAWR handy to be sure. Could quibble on going for 4piece t10 using 3 ilevel251 pieces rather than using just 1 to get the 2 piece bonus, but imo it comes down to usage. The badge chest is pretty decent, but if you've been unlucky with drops and are good about keeping SS up on multiple targets, you might well be ahead going this way.

Wat I'm up, just need a few mimosas to get back on the horse.
With the amount of target switching I do on some fights I really can't do without at least one point in rapid rec. On LK I'm constantly gassed for mana with even 1/2. If we had an enhance shaman I'd drop TSA and take 2/2 over 3/3 Imp SS.
Also, pet death shouldn't be an issue, there's nothing in ICC that'll kill your pet. Haven't really had to worry about the pet dying since Firefighter/Heigan/Sarth 3D, kind of disappointing actually.
