i leveled as moonkin, when dual spec came out i took up healing, now healing is all i ever get to do (seems im pretty good at it)

i have been playing for about 3 yrs now total but healing eh maybe year and a half

Typical Weekly Playtime:
i do my dailies during the daytime (4 toons) takes a few hours then come back at night and raid whenever possible
last raid schedule was 7pm - 1130pm sun-thurs ( yes 5 nights)
id say total play time per week is some where around 50 hrs at least

hmm dunno where to get that but i can tell you that since i have been with unseen wrath i have done 2 runs with them in icc 25 first was heals and i was top heals and they were finally able to kill prof put, then the next night i was boomkin and was top dps
my dps was 11k till the wipe fest started lol as far as hps right around 4k i heal everyone

my name is chad and im 34 yrs and retired with not much else to do lol, married no kids, live in south carolina and i am a wow addict lol
also have and 80 dk , warrior and rogue
my dk is a tank with blood and frost specs 5823 gearscore and ready for icc 25 when he gets the chance
my warrior and rogue are both new 80's with 4k gearscores
since i have been playing wow i have had a look at all specs and classes ie.. heals, melee and ranged dps and tanking so i have a very good knowledge of whats going on, where ppl should be and what they should be doing

I'm assuming since there is 0 hit on the gear you're wearing that you are in your healing set even though you logged in Balance spec.

You're severely under haste cap.

With no raid haste buffs, 5/5 Gift of the Earthmother, and 0/3 Celestial Focus, the cap is 1193.
With all raid haste buffs, 5/5 Gift of the Earthmother, and 0/3 Celestial Focus, the cap is 856.
With all raid haste buffs, 5/5 Gift of the Earthmother, and 3/3 Celestial Focus, the haste cap with 3/3 in the Celestial Focus talent is 735.

If you cannot get to the haste cap from gear, then you need to drop some talents and get Celestial Focus. That Glyph of Rapid Rejuv you're sporting is completely worthless if you're not haste capped and your increased GCD is killing your healing since so many of our spells are instant cast. The spell power is great and all, but you're going to see a much higher return from getting out 10 Rejuvs in 10 seconds than you will from what I would assume is about 5 for you can get off with your current setup.

Can you clarify if there is a reason you aren't shooting for the cap?

I would also ditch that Purified Opal in your necklace and put a Runed Ruby in there instead. The socket bonus isn't worth meeting and you don't need any blues to satisfy a meta since yours just requires red gems if memory serves.

Also, speaking as a former skinner myself, ditch your professions and pick up Jewel Crafting (the Dragon's Eye cuts are so sexy) and either Black Smithing, Tailoring or Enchanting. The bonuses you get from those professions will serve you SO much better.

This guy is a really good player and also has the best DK Tank I have EVER run with. I have lots of people I know ask about getting in. There are only a few that I feel comfortable enough with to recomend and this guy is one them.

Note that there is also a "hard cap" for haste for resto druids. That is, given your GCD can't be lowered beyond 1sec, if you reach the point where Regrowth casts in 1,5sec without Nature's Grace. At that point Nourish is already edging your 1sec GCD and with Nature's Grace on it will be even past that point, while Regrowth would be down to 1sec.
At the level, the only spell not edging it would be a non glyphed HT (and Tranquillity ) which is kind of a waste to pump further down.
In short: if you go beyond the GotEM soft cap, you can still have some benefit, while minor. If you reach the point that Regrowth will cast in 1,5sec/1sec with NG, you'll only waste item points to go beyond that. And you could spec out of GotEM, since you-ll still have a 1sec GCD at that level.

J/W if another Rdruid is what we need right now, although considering how down on healers we can be on some nights it may not pay to be picky. keep in mind we have 4 (5if len counts) healing priests, all of whom are worthless except for raid heals really. Pick up another Rdruid and we are going to have a very hard time dealing with tank healing intensive fights if there's a night when rystorm misses(we wont be killing any hardmodes without a holy pally), or when neither of the resto shamans can show up (we wont be killing any of the really tough hardmodes)

People have commented a number of times on how attendence has been light lately. We then get an app by someone who seems reasonably well spoken and knowledgeable and is well geared, plus has a couple people saying good things about him, and two of the three officers who post only comment on the spacing in the app? Seriously?

Hard to read the app to figure out if the person is a good player or what they are saying at all. Regardless of attendance issues, should we bring in players who we don't think will fit with us? Should we lower the standards down to meet the needs we have? Isn't that going to give us sub-par results in the end thus make us have to recruit more people to replace the ones that aren't cutting it? Not saying this app is one that isn't cutting it, just saying that in order to read the app my eyes need to stop bleeding from the amount of spacing used.
