Im a holy pally what more is there to say lol. I picked holy / prot because i like being depened on to do my job and well my job i do well. I took the advice of a fellow holy pally with spec and tried out a few things and really like it. secret??? you say i dont but if you do let me in on that!!! i can almost solo heal the first 4 bosses of icc 10 man have tested it and only a few died but we did complete lol.

Typical Weekly Playtime:
current raid times are tues: 8p to whenever 25/m icc pally wensday 8p to whenever 10/m icc pally thursday: 8p to whenever 10/m icc on mage friday 25/m icc pally
sat: 8p to whenever 10/m icc pally open sun monday: icc 10/m mage so yea im open to what ever lol

excelsior current (might be merging with a guild and i dont like the leader he runs his mouth off about raid members that are beating him on dps/heals/ etc
hells legion the first one (was a officer or the raiding side untill it got political and fell apart)

WOTLK- up to min, toc 10/25/ heroic 10/ icc 10 so far up to LK just havent downed him 25 man up to sindragosa

Okay will start with gear
Your gearing WAY to much for crit mp5 when your haste isn't capped.
Your libram is bad, go get the one from naxx, its on the badge vendor. My link
Maybe I don't wanna know whats with your spec... you know like 8 patches back they nerfed crit and its like bad right?
you only need 20.6% haste from gear to get haste soft capped (50%, for 1sec GCDs)
OOO YA! I forgot Prismatic in your helm = fail get SP mp5 purple gem
= win!

Well the 1 pally healer we have for ICC now shouldnt be and he knows that... so.
+10 stats is really good for melee but SP gives pallys more than basic stats do.

Don't listen to Rohanna 
. For a HL based Pally either a Dazzling Eye of Zul or a Nightmare tear is the prefered Gem, as apposed to a FoL based pally which would better benifit from the Royal Dreadstone

Your gear is right on par with the level of content, your glyphs are good, your spec is a little differnt than the standard build, most of the time pallys go wit 3/3 imp devo 6% extra healing, yum
imp BoW, meh not so yum.
Only other thing that would be for really min/maxing yourself would be to level 2 new professions that better suppliment your healing, where the hearbalism and alchemy doesn't give you as much benifit as jewelcrafting and say BS would.

Do we really need another healer atm? I mean we're really short on pally heals, but we're already sitting like 2-3 people right O.O?
Also, if bear can't make Thursdays, we're going to need the new boomkin we just recruited to show or another S priest. (Starting in fall 2010 I won't be able to make Thurs at all due to a new class schedule - bio lab 7-10pm) I mean thurs is our gimp night, but still.

We have 2 moonkin and 2 shadow priests atm. We have officers for a reason and the officers are looking at numbers you may not be. We didn't say we were recruiting him, however if we did thats our call, we merely asked for a log.

Nightmare tear is the second best choice for a helm slot. The best option is a dazzling eye of zul in your helm and a luminous ametrine in whatever piece of gear gets you the best socket bonus. Depending on your gear, the eye of zul + the ametrine will net you 5-9 more spellpower than you would get with the nightmare tear. You do lose 10 spirit and stamina, so it's more personal choice than anything.
E: Also, you're 336 haste under softcap, gross.
