Some helpful mods I've found are:
Mendwatch - http://www-en.curse-gaming.com/downloads/a...ass/mendwatch/- Keeps track of where prayer of mending bounces, how many charges are left and how much time. Gets a bit buggy with more than one priest's prayer bouncing around, but is pretty nice.
Grid - http://wowace.com/wiki/Grid - "Grid is a modular, lightweight and screen-estate saving grid of party/raid unit frames based on Ace2 and various embedded libraries provided by the Ace-community." I love it, has everything I need to know there without taking a huge amount of space.
oRA2 - http://wowace.com/wiki/ORA2 - oRA2 is a lightweight CTRA replacement. It contains everything a raider needs apart from raidframes.
Chronometer - http://wowace.com/wiki/Chronometer - Chronometer tracks spell effects (HoTs, DoTs, buffs, debuffs, etc.) that you cast.

Another great mod that served as a great set of "training wheels" (for lack of better description) is:
Healing Estimator - http://wow-en.curse-gaming.com/downloads/d...ling-estimator/
I still use it b/c it tracks my overhealing and lets me know when i should be down/up-ranking during the course of whatever run I'm on.
