That said:
1. You have a crazy, insane, horrible amount of hit. Not sure what you should do though, except maybe get the T10 shoulders instead of what you have.
2. Reckless Ametrine > Quick King's Amber everywhere you have a yellow slot.
That's all I have for now.
there's usually more said than done.

There are a few questions that of course require short and to the point answers, however a few of the ones where we want a little more detail seemed to be quikly filled in with useless information.
Why do you want to join us?
Tell us a bit about you.
These 2 questions are huge. HUGE. We can go look at your armory and tell a lot: your gear, your boss kills, the way you gem and enchant, we cannot tell your personality or your motives. If i'm applying for a job to a decently sized, reputable company I want showcase my knowledge not just about myself, but about the company itself.
So your homework is:
Redo these 2 questions and give us something to chew on.
Try to get some kind of log to show us that your know the rotation and can push out the dps we need for you to step into our raiding enviornment.
Also what is your computer performance and internet connection like? Do you lag or DC consistantly?

I would like to join this guild cuz i want to be apart of guild that is gonna get thru ICC and not get stuck on some trival boss. I am capable of doing this but this isnt a game that you can do shit by your self... thus i would like to join a guild of like wise people.
As for my self i am 18, go to school full time and when im not in school im working. Im athletic as any one, i play competitive baseball and have played just about any sport you can think of in the past. All the same im a bit of a nerd(if you havent figured that out from the fact that i play wow) im laid back and calm and not the most exciteble person(hence my short app)
as for the coments on my gear i have the t10 sholders and am working to lower my hit its not that high on purpose, i just dont feel that the t10 isnt gonna help me any more that what i have
As far as far as my raid preformance im fine, if you dont beleve me feel free to invite me to a raid and see my numbers:)
my connections fine nothing unusall
my question for you all is if i join am i gonna get spots in raids or am i gonna be a back up guy regardless? because as much as i would love to be in good guild, that doesnt do me any good if im not able to regularly run in raids which is my main priority.

You give me the heebie-jeebies... and an odd sense that you're trying to use us >>. Like you'd rather solo the game, but blizz won't let you so you're kinda forced to apply?
Also, I'm not sure about locks... but in most cases... the t10 will help. Blizz isn't that blind.

Golden Rules of WoW:
1. Avoid the shiny stuff - nuff said.
2. Dead dps = 0 dps.
3. DBM. Get it.
4. STFU on vent.

Burden of proof is on you. If we invited everyone who apped we'd never finish anything. To us you're just another app, nothing special. The purpose of an app is to convince us that you are special.

That's predicated on your performance, attendance, overall reliability, and role need. If you can pull 10k DPS on every boss fight and show up every night, you'll probably have a spot. My gut feeling is that this won't be the case, but again it's up to you to prove it.

We do try people out. But for us to invest the time in you, you need to invest the time in us. Get us a log to show that you know the basics of your class and then we'll try you out if we like what we see.

Heresiarch doesn't really have 'back up' positions. If you are a raider you are a raider. You may be asked to sit depending on the fight or the group make up or if you have experience on a certain boss, but you will never regularly be a bench guy and brought in only if so and so isn't here cuz you are his back up. The raid leader and the class leaders make a conscious effort to get everyone raid experience even if it means swapping people out mid-raid. I've been impressed with this since I've joined. They are also watching each player carefully to make sure they know what they are doing, make suggestions and if you aren't performing as per expectation they will make an effort to make sure you do. If not then you may start sitting more and more. But that doesn't happen much because everyone who joins Heresiarch improves (ok, well almost everyone).
I don't know if others felt this from your application but you come across a little defensive or something. We certainly aren't here to bash you. An application is to get to know you a bit to have a basic knowledge of 'will this guy fit in and will he work well to achieve our collective goals' but if there's nothing there but 'I'm good, I want to raid' it really doesn't tell us about you as a person, and that's what we would bring into the guild, the person.
By making an application you put a spotlight on yourself for a short time, not everyone likes a spotlight...I know I don't. Spotlights tend to show the grey hair and the wrinkles. Its up to the officers to decide if they will give you a chance to prove yourself and the posters on this forum aren't necessarily officers. I'm not. But we have a stake in your application too. So we ask questions, we make comments, we stick funny signs on your back.
Good luck with your wow experience whether you raid with us or not. Have fun.
