I think your biggest problem is that we're somewhat deep in both Prot and Ret paladins and I don't know if there's a spot to be had.
On top of that, I've got some concerns about your prot spec/glyphs/gemming. First, on your spec, you really do need JotJ. The slowing to attack speed is one of the best survival talents out there, so unless you're VERY sure its coming from somewhere, you really have to supply it. You pick up Divinity which is a comparatively lackluster survival talent while skipping Vindication (nearly as good as JotJ for survival) and DS/DG which bring enormous raid utility. Heart of the Crusader is usually redundant with dps-supplied debuffs so people often skip it, but remember that on fights with adds or multiple targets (Putricide, Saurfang, Deathwhisper, Dreamwalker, etc) the odds of that debuff being applied to your target(s) drops pretty fast and its a non-trivial bonus. Plus, you have to get to Vindication somehow. If you're at Vindication, you can swap those 5 points in Holy for PoJ and Crusade and (against undead and various other things) net gain on dps/threat, though you do have to throw a point into SoC, which you might want to do anyway for heroics and trash (and since you've got the HotR glyph, you do care about them). There is a counter argument against this, but its just too complicated to go into here.
Glyph is quick. Get the minor of sense undead for both specs. Free +1% damage to undead, and I'm surprised you don't have it already.
Your gemming is a little odd. You're over soft-cap before even the SoV glyph yet are still gemming for it to pick up +9 stam bonuses, which isn't really efficient (STR is a better threat stat at that point and 10 of 12 bosses in ICC don't parry haste so the defensive value is less than in ToC). On the other hand, you're skipping the +12 Stam bonus in your helm and while I get the point of the +hit gems (your +hit from gear is indeed pretty low, though I don't object to any particular piece of gear), they kinda make me cringe. I'd consider dropping the hit gems for either straight Stam or perhaps def/stam (if you must, you can go with hit/stam in your helm). Then swap the HotR glyph for the HoR glyph to help with taunts, and respec to pick up SoC. On big (4+) mob pulls, you'll take a small hit to your burst threat, but your overall threat in all situations will probably be better, you'll have a little more health and your taunts will be much more accurate.
If you're applying for a "friend" spot rather than a raiding spot, then more tanks are always a win as long as someone will vouch for you.
