With great sadness, I must report that the Gnomish Battle Chicken's Battle Squawk has been hotfixed and no longer stacks with Imp Icy Talons or WF. So, if you don't have either of those, you can still get the +5% melee haste buff, but otherwise all it'll do is enrage.

Shivaz just got his first proc last night too, bummer.

Yeah, there are a lot of ret paladins at EJ who were both expecting this and also sad to see it happen just as they swapped to Engy. That having been said, as long as you're quick with your bombs, Engy+JC is still the best profession combo for rets, even with no chicken squawk.
