Playadin- 80 Prot paladin

Discuss your talents and tell us how long you have been this particular spec:
I'm currently prot for raiding (0/53/18), I am comfortable with my spec, it might not be what others preffer but I think it works well(tips would be greatly appreciated).

I do have a secondary spec though I use it for player vs player. I also have a Holy set in my bank(I will go back to Holy if needed).

Ventrilo and do you have a mic:
Yes and yes, though it takes me a bit to get used to people so I might be quit until I do get used to everyone.

Typical Weekly Playtime:
I play almost everyday. The latest I can stay up is 11pm server, if im not able to make a raid I try to say ahead of time.

Time Zone:
I am in pst, so same as server.

Previous Guilds:
Leather and Lace-Broke apart
Seekers-Me and friends

Previous Raiding Experience:
Naxx10/25, Uld10(first eight boss's), ToC10/25,Icc10 (first wing, and festergut), Os10/25(1d 10m), voa10/25.

I also get into some pug raids, for the past week or two I been doing Icc10 with some people from Honor guard.

Why are you applying to us:
I would like to join a nice/fun guild full of nice people that like to have fun and raid. For the past month or so I been looking for a good guild that doesn't have a bunch of jerks in it and so far I have seen that Heresiarch has some of the nicest people on Drenden.

I don't know know anyone I have talked to a few members, I also did a Icc10 on my DK(trojanmann)with Mooartin we didn't down anything but got a save which is fine with me.

My name is Rusty(yes its my real name and if you want to laugh like lots of other people do, go ahead and do so now please). I'm 16 still attending highschool. I like playing WoW, multiple Ps3 games, and hanging with friends. If my age is a problem then I am sorry for wasteing the time of whoever reads this, I say that cuase two guilds that I looked up has a age requirement. I'm a nice person, I hate being mean to others, I like haveing fun.

I would be greatly appreciated if y'all could contact me in-game.

You're clearly gemming and spec'ing for threat, which I disagree with but understand. Still, you've made some odd choices. Even with the SoV glyph you haven't got enough Exp to push dodges off the board. Purely looking at threat exp is our BEST threat stat until dodges are off the table. You've got the HoR glyph which is all about AoE, but you didn't spec into SoC which pretty significantly gimps your AoE threat. Also, no Vindication or JotJ suggests that your spec is either built for heroics (rather than raiding) or that you have total certainty that someone else will be bringing those debuffs (it is mandatory that those debuffs are applied when raiding content you don't outgear) which isn't really a safe bet since you're applying to a new guild.

I don't know everything about paladins, I would like to know more about speccing/gemming to what is needed for raids. I'll look into changeing my spec around. Other tips to what I should change would be helpful.
