You didn't get DKP because when we invited you to the raid, when we needed a dps you declined the invite.
You were talking seconds before and seconds after that invite, so you had to have made a decision.

I didn't decline the invite, when Shardik tossed me the invite I was doing my JC daily and asked which achievements you guys were working on, and no one responded. The invite expired, but Nuadaa had logged in and gotten the spot.

If I was dodging Ulduar, I wouldn't have taken Stab's spot the day before when he asked me to replace him so he could go to bed early (when I had logged on late under the same circumstances). Like Thursday, I was in the middle of something (random heroic) and took his spot after I finished. Only difference is that on Thursday someone else filled my spot before I was ready.

The time interval on Wednesday between when Stab sent me a tell and when I finished in Strat was +5 minutes, much longer than the expiration time on an invite (1 or 2 mins?), so it's not like we have an official time limit on how fast you need to respond (if there is such a limit, it should be communicated to everyone).

The week before that I was in DTK, and dropped the group after I told them I had to go since Shardik was spamming invites; I didn't respond immediately to Ulduar on Wed/Thu since the same sense of urgency wasn't conveyed (not like you can't 24-man Ulduar trash).
