Savros Level 80 Fury Warrior

My primary spec is 19/52/0 Fury. I’ve been playing Fury spec primarily through BC and the Wrath cycle. I will shift my points around depending on the raid comp for the week placing points in Commanding Presence.
My secondary spec is 57/14/0 Arms. I primarily use this Spec for PVP for 2v2’s and 3v3’s though I have dabbled with the Incite Spec a tad-my gear is not at the point where it would be viable to run the Incite Spec as a primary for PVE. I’ve been playing Arms spec for PVP since Season 1 and switched talents before dual spec existed....which was reaaaaaaaaly expensive.
Ventrilo and do you have a mic:
Yes I do-brand new comfy to boot.
Typical Weekly Playtime:
I work 7-4 central time so I typically play anywhere from 2-3 hours a day, sometimes more on the weekends. In the past it really has depended on if I could get into a PuG raid or my previous guild had raids scheduled. I’m fairly open to the raiding schedule and the dates specified. Once in a blue moon I’ll head out for a weekend for travel but I’ll have plenty of notice before I do.
Time Zone:
Central
Previous Guilds:
1-60 on Kel’Thuzad PVP Server-The Dark Jesters Officer
60-70 Lothar - Brothers of Honor-Officer
70-80 Drenden – Brothers of Honor-Officer
Previous Raiding Experience:
All of Vanilla WoW excluding full clears of Old School Nax
Burning Crusade-Gruul, Magtheridon, Karazhan, some parts of SSC, TK, BT and not a thing in Sunwell.
Wrath of the Lich King-Naxx 10/25, OS 10/25, Ulduar very little-ToC 10/25 up to Anub, Ony 10/25, VoA 10/25, ICC-10 up to Plague Wing-Festergut
*Note-the achievements for the above are not listed in my armory profile. I have opened a gm ticket asking them why and if they could restore them. The response was that they could not and since the game was not designed in the beginning to track and I had sever transferred in the past, I was stuck like chuck.
Why are you applying to us:
I would like to experience the game from more concentrated raiding perspective. I have had the fortune to enjoy the game from both a casual and a dedicated viewpoint and have found that I enjoy the game the most when playing in a raid centric guild. The social aspects of raiding and striving to become a better player is often driven by the environment that you surround yourself in. After researching Heresiarch an inquiring with a few members about the guild, it seems to be the right mix between casual and committed in where I feel I could enjoy the game and improve as a player.

Wow web stats reports: I do not have them available but will PuG something this evening and post them as soon as they are available.
Do you know anyone in guild? If so please list your pals. Thebrian is my primary contact. I have known him in real life for...wow...a very long time. I have other people that I do know in the guild very well, however he is the primary one who has been in Heresiarch the longest.
Tell us a bit about yourself:
I’ve been playing WoW for roughly the last five years and enjoy the game immensely. I am at heart an incredible geek who also happens to enjoy having a life outside of gaming and WoW. I’m a former MMA competitor and BJJ competitor, something that I miss terribly. I’m in my early thirties, but due to my ethnicity-Asian an American Indian-I look like I’m 12-just ask Thebrian. I have a stable job and enjoy hanging out with my online friends and geeking out. Fairly easy going and laid back for the most part, just don’t ninja my pandas.

Savros (aka Ken), is a solid player that I feel will mesh in well with us.
If anyone has anything they wish to ask me about him, please contact me. I will have only positive things to say.
As for looking 12 ...I think at least 15 these days.
Every guild needs a token Asian.

Tell that to Guinthel and Rohanna.
I do like the app in general, though you have some curious gemming so I'd have to see a log to be convinced. I can see you're transitioning into ArP, but things like the belt confuse me. ArP and Str? If it's an old piece of gear and you didn't want to spend cardinal rubies I could see the logic, but dragon's eyes are easy to get and you have the pattern since you put it in your chest.
You'd get more mileage out of using a nightmare tear instead of the 2x str/stam gems.
According to the spreadsheet you'd get over an extra 100 DPS by equipping the Saurfang ring you got on the 14th and using a dragon's eye to stay expertise capped.
Also, rare gems in 264 BiS items make baby jebus cry. Sure you're already over expertise cap, but as I mentioned you could rearrange some gems to stay capped and get more ArP.
Overall decent gear for someone who runs primarily 10-mans, and I like that you got the 245 crafted items.

He has the honored one, but since he's already over hit cap and the Ashen ring doesn't have expertise on it it would be a DPS loss to use it over the Kirin Tor ring. That and they still haven't released the +str rings so it's lackluster until he gets more rep or needs hit.

Changes are noted an implemented-and I do apreciate the advice! Your correct-the BiS cloak has a ghetto gem in it because I could not justify the cardinal in it.

What do you mean you can't justify using a cardinal ruby in a ilevel 264 cloak? Do you mean that you waiting for gear to shift to get yourself exp-capped so that you can put in an epic with ArPen? When you've got the badges, how does the Vengeful Noose + a bunch of Exp gems stack up?

FYI, the point of the Nightmare Tear is to fulfill the meta requirement for agi/crit (only 1 blue) instead of crit/crit (2 blues). The meta you have is better by itself but when you're stacking ArP the extra gem slot wins out.

Dude, don't forget about us hunters. 5% hit with talents for a ranged class? OP. Not to mention there's a ton of perfectly itemized mail gear with ArP on it in ICC, oh happy day.

Hmm, the one thing that does strike me here is that, as much as we need warriors, we're kinda hip-deep in melee, especially plate wearing dps. We have like 4 regular ret paladins (not even counting me and Kid as offspec) and 4 dps dks, plus 1 (2 if we take Savros) dps warriors. That's a lot of dps plate. Just 2 (right?) regular rogues and 1 or 2 enhance shammies (how's the Inno experiment going?) so leather/mail is about where it should be. We just have a crapton of plate to split playing time between.

We have a crap-ton of raiders to split play time between in general now imo.

Aside from being a very good lil warrior, he's also a HUGE team player. This is one of those people who will farm for days to help a hacked guildie get running again. He'll sacrifice his own luxury for another person's need without hesitation. He's also a fantastic tactician and yet does what he is told in raids without any ego or arguement.
Outside of the game, he is a very wonderful person; mature, kind and intelligent.
On a side note, if you don't like me you can blame him for getting me into WoW.

We already have a Wrathblood, I would rather have seen "constantly makes rogues and DKs look foolish on the meters with (it's over 9000!) DPS."

Oh, and this was the warrior I mentioned to Shardik. He didn't name me in his app as a buddie since I'm still a recruit under review.
