Discuss your talents and tell us how long you have been this particular spec:
My current spec is one I adopted on January 8th, an 18/0/53 spend. I decided to give it a try after peeking over Paragon's raid healers' specs following their Putricide first kill. I've been out of town for the last week, so I've not had as much time to fiddle with it and retool my gear as I wish I could, but so far it's not too shabby. I'm usually a nourish sort of Druid, so this is a bit of a different spec to what I was using before but I'm also not married to it and while I know it gets old to hear it I will happily change it up if asked. I've had some flack for wearing the DPS chest but frankly, I think it's better than the Resto one especially since the set bonus isn't even a factor in my case.

Ventrilo and do you have a mic:
Yes, though my mic is being very odd lately and playing all sound though the mic when I talk as though it were being picked up from speakers, so I'm not talking much so as to keep the rest of the people from going insane.

Typical Weekly Playtime:

I'm pretty much always available. Once a month or so I will vanish from Friday through Sunday evening to go off into the woods and beat on my friends with plumbing supplies. I do not anticipate that I would miss the raid on those Sundays, I should be home well before call.

Time Zone:
Central

Previous Guilds:
Kel'Thuzad - Dark Jesters
Drenden - Brothers of Honor, Illusion
Illidan - Rampage (As my priest Voodie, only)

Previous Raiding Experience:
I included both my Priest (Voodie on Illidan) as well as Cuddlebutt, since I raided on her mainly. If you want the Druid only, let me know.
All of Classic, aside from MC... thank God I wasn't one of the poor souls always farming MC.
BC - Karazhan, Gruul, Mag, 5/6 SSC, 3/4 TK, 3/5 MH, 6/9 BT, 0/6 SWP.
LK - Naxx, Maly, OS 3D (25), Ulduar (10) 13/14, Ulduar (25) 12/14, ToC 10/25, Ony 10/25, Voa 10/25

Why are you applying to us:
I am interested in raiding again. I stopped raiding on Illidan following my discovery that I really like the social environment on Drenden more than the one on Illidan. I returned to Illusion and leveled my Druid to 80, planning to raid with her there but following the loss of the other tank and healer for our weekend team we decided that we just didn't want to go through the recruitment hassle again and scrapped the raiding team. At this point there are just too many small guilds trying to raid on Drenden, there's not enough people to fill out the teams so the turn over is high and I don't want to waste my time showing up for raids that get called because half the people flaked. I'd like to go to a guild that has stability and history, like you guys. In short, I want to run with a reliable guild.

Link us your Armory:

Wow web stats reports:
I don't have any at this time, but I'll try to pug a raid and post it here asap

Do you know anyone in guild? If so please list your pals.

I am dating Ballack and I have known Thebrian outside of WoW for several years. Aside from that, I've horsed around with some of the members on the forums, but dun really know them per-se.

Tell us a bit about yourself:
I'm a thirty year old southern transplant to the great land of Snow and Cheese. Currently, I'm job hunting following the move to Wisconsin but prior to the move I was an office manager and a roofing tech for my family's Commercial Roofing Consultation company. I like playing WoW, knitting, making jewelry and LARPing. (Yeah, I'm that much of a geek.) I'm in a relationship with Ballack, and own a very persnickety cat named MJ.

I've played WoW for over 5 years, but the Druid is a newer toon for me. I played Voodie, my priest, as my main for the majority of those years. While I'm pretty confident in playing the Druid, I'm always open to tips and ideas to become a better player, so long as you don't present them in a condescending tone. Condescending tones make me sad and stabby.

I realize I have a few guilds listed up there as being previous homes. If you're interested in why I am not in them/raiding with them:
Dark Jesters - Guild folded.
Rampage - I didn't care for the server.
BoH - I wanted to raid more seriously and the guild was casual.
Illusion - The raid team piffed.

If you would be able to track down Rohanna or Serror in game, so we could talk that would be great.
I'm not dumb, I just choose not to be smart at the moment.

So true. It's why she doesn't raid on Illidan anymore.

I can vouch for her heal skills however don't ask her to offspec tank ever. She thinks mangle is what the cat does to furniture when it's mad.

Um, don't we have an anti-LARPer policy?

If not, we should...

LIGHTNING BOLT! LIGHTNING BOLT!

LIGHTNING BOLT! LIGHTNING BOLT!

In terms of geeky past-times, I still like Anvil Launching a lot better, though.

I wish I could track down whomever decided that filming that was a good idea and sterilize them. That sort of dumb needs to be put to an end for the good of all man kind.

Seriously though, don't knock it too quick if you're a fan of boobies: all us gals wear corsets. Just saying.

I'm not actually knocking LARPing, in fact, I've always thought it would be fun (I'm probably even nerdier than most folks think) as per http://www.slate.com/id/2177830/.

I'm just saying that its possible http://www.boingboin...ting-using.html is even better.

There's a thread already on it, but you probably don't have access to it. The comments at the bottom are particularly worth reading.

I'll knock LARPing. There is truly nothing more pathetic than Vampire LARPers, though the NERO crowd can come rather close.

If I want women in corsets, I'll just hit the local SCA events. Much less geeky.

/hangs Nero-playing head in shame

I looked into the SCA a while back, but from what I could find they don't really have any story arcs. They just have tourney games and salons.

I'll freely admit though, LARPing looks incredibly stupid. I loathe when people will try to make commercials or videos and pretend that it looks cool.

It doesn't ever look cool.

It cannot ever look cool.

Not by any stretch of the imagination.

It is incredibly fun to actually go out and do though, if you can push your self-consciousness to the side and just get into your role.

Geeky is good in my opinion. Also we picked up an under-bust corset for Shiraki a bunch of conventions ago, looks amazing on her :D

Oh, I do geeky. But geeky has an overflow. Too much geeky will overflow and dump you into massive negative geeky territory.
