Depends on what gear you have access to really. I was way behind in gear a few months back so I just respecced/gemmed as my hit fluctuated up and down.

I happen to use glyph of life tap and find imp soul leech to be a waste. We usually have plenty of sources of replenishment in 25-mans and if you're going to burn the GCD tapping you might as well get the mana back. (I use rank 1 if I don't need the mana or if there's a ton of damage going out at the time)

If you can gear to use suppression, you're using glyph of life tap, and there's an alternate source of replenishment, 3/14/54 will usually be higher personal DPS. I only need 2 points in suppression atm so I threw a point in soul link - find it to be useful in faction champions if I catch a big burst.

I also prioritize conflag before CB even at the start to get backdraft/pyroclasm going asap. Threat's a bit iffy, but I tend to be capped if I have to stay on one target anyway.

Yep, seems like server-side lag. I still prefer to use conflag first; the rotation lines up better in most cases.

I actually wouldn't mind more crit, even though all the spreadsheets and simulators say it's behind SP/Spi/Haste in terms of value. I'm fairly happy with my haste atm.

I'm not a big fan of the Elemental Focus Stone. I've tried to avoid hit trinkets since there's been so much hit from other sources. But with terrible luck on drops I'm still stuck with living flame. But at least I have control over the proc - popping during an abyssal rune proc + haste pot = good times. (Or 30k DPS on Hodir and having to shatter less than a minute into the fight. Wtb feign death.) A random haste proc with EFS during bloodlust/backdraft or haste pot/backdraft would waste a good chunk of the benefit.

If you wanted to hang onto the trinket, I can see 2 easy ways to shed some hit. Replace the off-hand with the other ilvl200 badge off-hand (haste/spirit one). Still terrible compared to what's out there nowadays, but it's cheap. I'm ashamed to say I still use it! You can also get ony's head from either 10/25 and grab the quest ring. It's actually a nice ring even with the weird itemization. You can dump 72 hit from just those 2.
