Discuss your talents and tell us how long you have been this particular spec:
I can either be holy or shadow... i have been holy alot longer and have healed through most of 25 man ulduar and can also dps them if needed
Ventrilo and do you have a mic:
yes i have ventrilo and i can talk as long as i want until i have to leave (1:00 am server time)
Typical Weekly Playtime:
im on typically every day except for thursday and sunday because of school but other than that im available whenever
Time Zone:
i am one hour behind server time whatever that means
Previous Guilds:
My previous guild was Minority Gaming on Cho'gall (pvp server) but they did alot of pve too
Previous Raiding Experience:
ive done all the bosses in ulduar up to general vezzax
Why are you applying to us:
eh i just got tired of all the other guilds and them not being able to progress further into high lvl raiding material and i hope that i can join you so i can progress
Link us your Armory:

I don't pretend to know much about shadow priests, and I'm not an officer, but I'll toss in my two cents (assuming that you are the Drenden version of Squishyheals):
A few concerns (gear thoughts taken from wow-heroes.com since you're in pvp gear on armory atm):
1) No head enchant? You're exalted with Kirin Tor, go grab the head enchant in Dalaran.
2) No boot enchant?
3) No cloak enchant? You're max tailoring, toss a Lightweave Embroidery on there.
4) I don't know much (read: anything) about shadow spec, but just comparing yours to one of our shadow priests, first thing I noticed was lack of Shadow Reach. As I learned when I apped and joined, the higher-end fights make extra range talents pretty much a necessity. Otherwise, your spec seems to differ a decent bit from the cookie-cutter spec, but I have no idea personally how much the differences would affect the spec.
5) You seem to be a bit under the hit cap. I believe it would be 11% for a SPriest (I could be wrong), you're sitting at just over 9%. Try to pick up about 40 more hit rating.
All in all, the majority of this is pretty easy to fix. My main concern is what the combination of all of these things mean in terms of having done research to know what's necessary for the high-end raiding.

It's a pretty slim app, so it doesn't give us much of an idea in regards to what you are like. That makes things harder.
Your armory profile is in PvP gear, so I have no clue about the raiding gear that you have.
Your spec is a PvP spec, with a PvP glyph.
As Sobe says, Thursdays and Sundays are the days when we do progression content, so that's primarily what we are looking for. We have no problems filling out raids during farm nights.
I will say declined for now. If your schedule frees up, and you are still looking for something, poke us again. I would suggest elaborating more on your initial submission, since the better that you can show yourself, the more likely we are to see what you can bring to the table.

That which doesn't kill you gets to try again later.

We don't take raiders in PvP specs. If you want to spend the gold to change specs all the time, that's up to you, but without a raiding spec, you wouldn't raid.
As for the length of the application, if you looked at some of the other ones, specially the successful ones, you'll notice a positive correlation between the ones with more text and the ones that were accepted.
Your gear selection is very weird. It almost looks like a healing set focused on throughput rather than a DPS spec. Where's the hit rating? Why are you set on getting the +spirit from the socket bonuses? There is a huge lack of enchants on your gear. What I am seeing doesn't show me that you know how to play a shadow priest. If you are applying for a raiding guild, you really need to show us that you won't be carried and without a WWS/WoL scan, your gear is our next best show of information.

the +spirit benefits my spell power and if i was accepted i would just drop the pvp spec and change over to a permanent shadow dps spec and as for the enchants i usually wait until i have a really good piece of gear until i enchant it with something good but if you would like i can hook up my gear with full enchants and there are about two pieces of healing gear because i got my healing set first and then started on my dps set... but ya if im accepted to the guild i am willing to do anything that will make the raiding experience smoother and am open to constructive criticism also oh and i am currently working on getting exalted with the ebon blade for their head enchant ty for your time
