ret- i messed around with a few talents and tested my dps out, and the spec i have now seems to be doing the best with the recent changes they have made. i did not take vindication because another pally in my old guild had it so it was useless for me, but if you need me to respec anyhitng i would be glad to do so.
prot- i have not attempted tanking yet because my gear is still crap, i looked at 2 of my friends specs and made my spec from them.. so still in the process of being any good at prot

I should be able to make just about all your raids. the only days its possible it could be a problem is thurs (if i close at work i wont be on till about 10:30) and sun (same deal with work, i would be on around 8:30)

Previous Guilds:
well i have 4 80's spread out on servers (bronzebeard and fizzcrank mainly) on this server, the only guild i have been in was "the wrath" because i knew the guild leader IRL, but they ended up disbanning. Bronzebeard (mage and priest)- been with myth most of the time, have a ton of friends in there. On fizzcrank (druid) i was in paradigm shift and animosity (they were the top 2 guilds till they both disbanded)
Previous Raiding Experience:
vanilla wow- never raided, but did go back at 70/80 and do a few
BC- all of kara, TK, SSC, Hyjal, and up to gorefiend inBT
WTLK- all of naxx 10/25, all EoE 10/25, all OS +3 drakes 10/25, all VoA 10/25, ULD 10/25 (all but algalon) ive also done hard modes of mimron, FL+4, freya +3, XT, ignis timed, council, hodir timed, thorim, and general. TOC i believe i have just done the beasts

Hmm. Wide range of gear, from heroic blues to badge pieces. I take it the bulk of your progression was on your druid?
There are some good things and some bad things about the app. You're working on your Hodir rep, your professions are fine, as is your spec. Its not a standard one, but I see what you did and it makes sense, though you'll want to pull a point out of somewhere and put it in SoC since its the AoE Ret seal as of 3.2.2. Also, might want to glyph into a shorter CD on LoH since you've got a point in Impr LoH (unless that's the point you're going to use for SoC) and swap the exorcism glyph for the SoV glyph since you aren't exp capped.
On the down side, you say you'd love to experience a good raiding guild, yet you've done Mimiron hard mode and Freya +3, and those are very hard fights that can break even very good guilds, so you must have experience with strong raiding guilds. Do you mean experience progression in ToC? Also, when you say 3k dps, do you mean in 5-mans or 10-mans or 25-mans? Which fight? Sustaining 3k dps over the course of, say, Occulus, isn't bad at all. Doing 3k dps on 25-man XT is pretty poor. Also, don't bash yourself pre-emptively. That's our job

How often would you miss Thu/Sun? Those tend to be nights where we need people more.

Seems odd that a guild that kills Mimiron hard mode wouldn't use any sort of logging to review performance. Can you link the armory of the toons you raided on?

Ya, this is really my 1st mele class, still semi-learning the ropes. I will definatly fix my spec and glyph. My druid was my main, yes and she was resto/balance. And yes i have experenced ULD hard modes, but sadly the guild has disbanded so im really just looking to have fun with a guild who is doing the new content. An i suppose the 3k dps is in heroic 5 mans mainly. sorry, i should have gone more into detail in that. on XT i can get up to about 6k in the heart phase. And i just got enough hodir rep for the cheaper shoulder enchant :]
well leately my wook seems to be giving me ever other thurs off. so hopefully i wont miss to many. But if i do miss any say of the week, that is definalty gonna be the day. Sun, i really dont close all that oftem, so most likely i wont miss a ton of raids that day. Even when i do work late tho, i would only be a few mins late and would be happy to be on call for you guys.

Not a ton of kills in Ulduar, don't see Firefighter/Steelbreaker/Vezax hard in 25 man achievements. Freya x2, Hodir, Thorim, XT, 3-watcher Yogg, so still more hard modes than Heresiarch has done. Don't know enough about boomkin to comment on gear/spec.

This is the big question. If you think you can make these more than not, or at least 1 out of these each week, then we can probably work something out. Chat with Iyanna or Shardik at some point when you are online.
