Discuss your talents and tell us how long you have been this particular spec:
I'am currently dual specced for my warlock. My raiding/pve spec is 0/17/54 with an emphasis on Empowered Imp which is the general Pve spec for Destruction warlocks. My glyphs include : Major: Conflag, Immolate, Lifetap. Minor: Ritual Of Souls, Drain Soul. As of right now per the Org Heroic Training dummies using only my self buff and current gear I top out at just under 3k dps.

My second specc is also 0/17/54 which is set up for PVP it includes Shadowburn and Shadowfury. It is your basic cookie cutter BoomHeadshot build for Warlocks.
I'am very familiar with both demo and affliction and don't find either particular entertaining to play. I leveled with aff up to 50 and went demo all the way to 70 and finished out in destruction.

Ventrilo and do you have a mic:
Yes both Ventrilo and working mic no landlord to worry about.

Typical Weekly Playtime:
This is were things can get tricky, I'am a Corrections Officer and work on a rotating shift schedule. What this means is that one month ill be on dayshift and able to make every nightly raid during the week barring any occurences at the facility that will require me to be there on call. These occurences are few and far between and shouldn't be an issue. The following month while on nights is when my attendance will vary depending on the week. I work a two on, two off, three on, three off schedule for both days and nights. Which means it works like this:
Mon(Work) Tues(Work) Wed(off) Thurs(Off) Fri(Work) Sat(Work) Sun(Work) Mon(Off) Tues (Off) Wed(Work) Thurs(Work) Fri(Off) Sat(Off) Sun(Off). Rinse repeat!

Time Zone:
Est: Live in Va an NO i'm not a shitskins fan I'm ALL BOUT THE COWBOYS!! an no I've never been To Texas!! but I've flown over it!!!!!

Previous Guilds:
Suramar Server
Fist of the Northstar
Famulus Fati
Unbroken
Fallen Legends
Mug'Thol Server
Incognito
Axiom Logic

Previous Raiding Experience:
All Pre-Bc Raids excluding orginial Naxx.
TBC: All raids excluding Black Temple and Sunwell
WOTLK: All current raids up to 25man Ulduar: I have completed Hodir, Thorim, Freya. I have attempted The Beast of Northrend in 10man ToC.

Why are you applying to us:
I'm a no bullshit type of person, I have been playing WoW since its vanilla days and want to see some serious end game raiding. For as long as I have been playing I feel that I have missed out. I never killed Illadan or Kil'jaden and don't want to be left out when Arthas and icecrown open up. After speaking with Wrathblood he didn't hesitate to tell me what I needed to improve on with my Lock and also told me what Heresiarch is looking for in their players. I appreciated that and took his recommendations seriously. I can tell that Heresiarch knows what it wants and I know I'll be able to help get the guild there.

Wow web stats reports:
Still working on figuring this out. :)

Do you know anyone in guild? If so please list your pals.
Not from Drenden so I'm not familiar with anyone.

Tell us a bit about yourself:
Telanus my paladin is a former Grand Marshal back before X-realm battlegrounds. I'm 26 and like I said earlier I'm a Corrections Officers and DIE HARD COWBOYS FAN!

As a Warlock you dont need any MP5 Gear completely useless since we have LifeTap. Your also a little low on Hit rating for raiding as well, 14% with a SP 17% without So you need to work on that a little bit.

Considering you're under hit cap you may want to take a few points out of demo (Fel Domination, Improved HS) and toss them into suppression. Just don't be like Nuadaa and waste 3 talent points on hit when you're 75 points over cap.

4 pieces of gear with mp5 on it, crit gem, unenchanted gear, weird meta, ~90/150 on professions, 0 Hodir rep. Individually these aren't huge problems, but the laundry list is a bit long. I'm guessing this is/was an alt so I can overlook the professions/Hodir (I don't make a big deal out of the Hodir thing) but things like the crit gem/meta are conscious decisions you make so that's a bit worrisome.

Add in the lack of experience and the fact that you'd have to transfer and it gets murkier. Experience isn't required, but it does help in borderline cases like yours - my gear was far worse than yours a couple of months ago but at least I knew the fights.

Maybe Wrath can comment on how your chat went?

Yeah it is useless however those pieces I do have with Mp5 where upgrade items and at this time serious upgrades for me. Thanks for the help!

I'll take a look at respeccing and see how that works for me. This was my alt which does explain the professions, I 'am currently working on these right now and should have them up and running shortly. As far as my experience goes I don't believe it will be an issue. I do frequent Tankspot.com and do my homework online so having to explain fights in great detail shouldn't be an issue either.

Invictuss and I chatted a bit the other day and I liked him and his attitude. Seemed mature, knowledgeable and serious. He and I talked through his character sheet a bit, noting the fashion in which we look at things like Hodir rep, professions, gear, etc. and he handled my criticisms well. Invictuss was an alt who has recently hit 80 and is the new main, which explains the Hodir rep, etc. though it also raises a question on how well he knows warlocks. The extent of my ignorance about Locks is vast, so I couldn't speak to how well he knows locks.

On the one hand, he's significantly undergeared for the content we're working on. On the other hand, that's something that can be fixed pretty quickly IF we decide he's worth the time and effort. Since he's a potential server transfer, the consequences of a bad fit is especially severe, so its in everyone's best interest to be extra thorough in vetting him to make sure it works out. I think a follow up discussion with an officer and ideally someone who knows locks, perhaps on vent, would be a good idea.

I think you're misunderstanding Brum. But if you want to give up because one persons 2 word comment, have a nice day.

At least we have people in the guild that can weed out the overly sensitive people.

Ohh trust me, if you're going to have problems with elitist people, stay away from this server and guild. It's survival of the fittest around here. Not many people make it out human.
