Great job by all.
One thing I'd recommend for next time is to switch classes with executes to the boss before other classes. Classes with slow nukes or dots should probably get on the boss earlier as well. So fire mages, shadow priests, etc.
Classes with fast nukes and good burst are best for the sparks. So ele shaman, hunters, even locks are fine (I usually throw dots on XT while I'm killing sparks).

I was looking at the damage from these fights, and noticed that my damage was pretty low compared to most. I imagine a decent part of that is something that I can improve upon for next week, but as Sobe mentioned as a fire mage I was also losing a decent bit of dps time to having a fireball cast almost finish and then watching the spark die just in time to make a useless cast.
Part of fixing this is just knowing what spark life threshold to throw a couple of insta-casts out / just switching back to XT to avoid the wasted cast time, but having us switch entirely to XT earlier would prolly be a good idea too.

Just fraps every kill from now on if its progression then just upload the whole raw footage as proof.
