Tinypic scales it down for some reason when you link to it, the original image is over twice the resolution.

Hmm that just sucks we need to figure out a way to not have our updates look like they were taken 5 football fields away.

I think I solved it. Its not Tinypic that sclaes the images down its when we upload it through the guild site that it gets smaller perhaps a direct img link from tinypic or another website wont fuck the screen shots so much.

I resize the images to 800x600. The module that we are using to display the announcements on the front page does not resize the images automatically, unlike the rest of the forum software. This means that if I don't resize the image, everything to the right gets pushed off the screen.
What do people prefer? Larger images or a consistent front page?

Yea the pictures flying off the front pages wasn't tasteful but neither is not being able to see a single name. There must be an answer.
