So like 95% of you out there, Im also a JC. Coupled with blacksmithing. Ive been trying to keep up with the changes and will post what cuts Im looking at working on first. Heres a few things though that I just came across today that were news to me I guess. If im misunderstanding something here, please, someone jump in correct me ;P
1) The cooldown on the alchy for gems is also shared by the same cooldown used for metal. So if you make a gem, you arent transmuting any metal.
2) While I knew that you could prospect Titanium Ore for gems, I was not aware that the JC daily in 3.2 is going to require 10 dusts from this prospecting as one of the daily requirements.
3) The new JC recs are going to cost 5 tokens a piece.
At any rate, here are the new recs I'll be working on getting first. I have 30+ JC tokens saved so far and keep doing the daily :/
Runed Cardinal Ruby - 23 Spellpower (red socket)
Sparkling Majestic Zircon - 20 spirit (blue socket)
Brilliant Kings Amber - 20 int (yellow socket)
Smooth Kings Amber - 20 Crit Strike (Yellow socket)
Quick Kings Amber - 20 Haste (Yellow socket)
Potent Amertrine - 12 SP and 10 Crit Strike (Red or Yellow socket)
Reckless Ametrine - 12 SP and 10 haste (Red or Yellow socket)
Luminous Ametrine - 12 SP and 10 Int (Red or Yellow Socket)
Misty Eye of Zul - 10 Crit Strike and 10 Spirit (Yellow or Blue socket)
Intricate Eye of Zul - 10 Haste and 10 spirit (Yellow or Blue socket)
Timeless Eye of Zul - 10 Int and 15 Stamina (Yellow or Blue socket)
Jagged Eye of Zul - 15 Stamina and 10 Crit Strike (Yellow or Blue socket)
Seers Eye of Zul - 10 Int and 10 Spirit (Yellow or blue socket)
Once I have these, I will go back and work on the other caster type sockets and finishup with non caster last.
