Last data I've seen suggests that class dps output is surprisingly well balanced (compared to historical dps levels) as long as you're looking at damage done over a full run of Ulduar rather than focusing on specific fights (excluding FL, obviously). While the gaps between the classes look small by historical standards, ret and fury warriors kinda look like they're the bottom of the barrel and could use a small buff (2-4%, enough to give a top flight ret another 250 dps or an ass-tastic one like me another 150).

Also, it looks like the hybrid tax is bigger than GC's 5% and instead is more like 8% or maybe even 10%, but for some reason DKs and hunters got switched, so Hunters are paying it and DKs aren't.
