You have some interesting choices to your gear.
Why +16 intellect to your bracers over spirit? You also seem to focus on haste instead of crit.
I personally don't agree with you dropping the point from renew for holy reach. I also find it peculiar that you would find the need to put one point in there, but not two.
Would you like to elaborate on these at all?
There are good things and bad things to your WWS report. Your lack of binding heal and extreme use of flash heal, in particular, scares me. However I would have to look at it in more detail before I could continue.

<You have some interesting choices to your gear.>
The guild i'm currently in doesn't use dkp to distribute loot, nor do they have any kind of system to reward raiders that show for raids regularly. We basically /roll for gear. We do have something called "gear plans", but 90% of all the gear you want someone (seems like everyone else) wants as well. So say a staff drops, gear plans are looked at and everyone that has the item on thier gear plan /rolls, winner takes. Doesn't matter if its a raider with 100% attendance, and alt, someone who just joined the guild, etc.... high roll wins period. Sadly i've lost out on alot of upgrades to alts or to people who were in one raid and never raided with us again. Basically i've had to take what i can get.
<Why +16 intellect to your bracers over spirit? You also seem to focus on haste instead of crit. >
Best enchant available to me at the time i got the bracers. Being that i don't plan on keeping those bracers and Int is always a useful stat to have i haven't bothered to replace the enchant, just haven't had luck in drops.
As for haste / crit. . My goal is for 2500+ sp, 10% haste, and 25% crit along with 500Mp5 while casting raid buffed. I still lack a little in crit and went over a little in haste. I have a couple forest emeralds i'm waiting to be cut into +8crit +8 spirit gems. Just need my gem cutter to log on.
<I personally don't agree with you dropping the point from renew for holy reach. I also find it peculiar that you would find the need to put one point in there, but not two.>
Personal preference and part experimentation. Renew has been greatly devalued in WotLK, but i still like keeping a renew ticking on a tank at the times i'm called on to tank heal. For raid healing though i hardly ever use renew, Glyphed FH costs less mana, and gives you the chance to proc 25% mana refund with serendpity, a free Heal with Ihc, or an instant FH with SoL. So in raid healing about the only time i use renew is on a lifetapping lock as we're moving to the next pull. I put 1 point in holy reach to give me a little leeway in case i'm at range and the tank has to move out of a void zone or something, or as it seems in most my raids there is always that one mage or warlock who insists on being way on the other side of the room even though spacing is not an issue.
Since i still like to have a 1500 renew ticking on the tank though when i'm tank healing i didn't totally want to sell out Imp Renew, and had i felt i needed 2 points in Holy reach i would have dropped desperate prayer over taking another point out of it. Put when i PvP, desperate prayer is a nice "Oh Crap" button, so i kept it.

Binding Heal vs Flash Heal depends on situation. If i'm assigned a tank i'll go with binding heal, both to get a heal on the tank and heal myself up and hope to proc a free Greater Heal or instant (or both) Flash heal to have in my pocket for the tank. If i'm assigned raid healing (like for this raid) i might know i have more time since most raid damage is very predictable. So if you and i both take 3k damage, i could cast binding heal for 1043 mana, heals us both up, and hope to proc a free and/ or instant heal. Or i could cast a Glyphed Flash heal on you for 625 man, have 25% of the mana refunded, and do the same to myself. With the 25% mana refund on both flash heals i've spent a total of 938 mana, saving myself 100 mana. Plus, with 2 flash heals i've give myself twice the chance to proc a hasted or free (or both) spell vs. the 1 chance i give myself with binding heal. With the predictablity of raid healing i know i have plenty of time for 2 flashes and still have time to be ready for the next "pulse" of raid damage. With current mana regen model 100 mana is probably trivial, but you never know when things might go wrong then any saved mana might prove to save the day.
<I'm more concerned about the mp5s gem, to be honest.>
See post above, it's simply a place holder gem till i can get my forest emeralds cut. Better to have something temporary then nothing in the mean time

Wow... I like the gear plan concept, but I have no idea why they would have alts roll over mains.
Not that I would run a gear plan, IMO, way too complex.

There's arguments that currently, there's little overall difference between int and spirit with regards to our mana regen. Spirit gives +spellpower with talents and oo5s regen, int gives crit, and helps with SP and Paladin regeneration, since it's all mana pool based.
We'll see how this changes in 3.1

I think that Binding Heal counts as two separate heals internally, so that both yourself and your target can crit independently. So, if you want to proc concentration, you are better off spamming Binding Heal than Flash Heal.
FYI, the mechanic is similar to how PoH and CoH work. Each one of those hits may crit independently, which is why CoH was so broken back when we could just spam it. At regular raid crit levels, I was getting one on average every second CoH.
That which doesn't kill you gets to try again later.
