As far as I know, all Major glyphs are available from the trainers. Karela has around a 385 skill, and that glyph is 375, so she should have it.
Ed has Inscription at 285, so I have a bunch of them.
It becomes tricky with the minor glyphs, since those are discovered.

Sweet, I'm all set with Minors, just need 2 Majors - Bestial Wrath and Steady Shot. I put a bid up for 60G on the Steady Shot one though...

Most WotLK glyphs have been removed from the trainer and can only be found by discovering it with a spell that has a 20 hour cooldown. I burn it everyday and hope to get some useful things soon. So far it has been 50/50 when it comes to getting good majors and most minors are lack luster.
By the way, I have 400 skill now. (Should probably remake/update that thread I started as to what I have)
