This is a build I strongly recommend for shadow priests who want to raid with us.

Lots of spell cost reduction and mana regen. If you wish to debate the build with me, feel free to speak with me in game.

PVE Shadow Priest Build

This is my current raiding build, and I've been very happy with it:

I didn't feel the need to take Mental Agility, 10% off mana for instant casts. The only instants I use in raiding are SW:P (575 mana, 57.5 mana savings), SW:D (309 mana, 30.9 mana savings), and Vampiric Embrace (52 mana, 5.2 mana savings lol).
The extra points available I put into Shadow Power, 15% crit to Mind Blast and SW:D. While +crit isn't a huge stat for Shadow priests (according to the EJ worksheet I've looked at, we should take pure +spell damage over +crit), free +crit is nothing to turn your nose up at.
I also tossed 2 points in Imp Mind blast, which seems to work pretty well with my DPS cycle. Took 1 point out of Shadow Weaving, as it still gives you an 80% chance to land the debuff (stackable to 5), and that is plenty for a raiding situation, especially now that we often have more than one shadow priest in our group.
The last difference is Spirit Tap vs Blackout. Blackout is a great talent, but most (if not all) raid bosses are immune to it. Spirit tap is great for farming, letting you go much longer without drinking. I feel this is mostly a personal choice for any shadow priest out there (blackout is good for PVP), but I chose Spirit tap as I'd rather not gimp my only farming toon just to help on Raid trash mobs, which are rarely much of a problem for us anyway.
