The agility on the gloves, and healing meta gem is what gets me.

Wow, wtf is that? Did he just throw a bunch of gems on the ground and roll around on them hoping for the best? I'm by no means an expert on the warlock class, but I think I know that +heal, +agility and +mp5 are all a waste of a slot ;P

Having no underlying mechanical understanding, +heal would make a tenuous amount of sense - life funnel to heal pets, for example. MP5... well, he uses mana, right?
It's the agility that screams red light. Although I was thinking it might be interesting to agility-up a set of healing gear on a druid... since you never stop moving to cast, you can always dodge... a healer with ~20% dodge would be pretty funny. A similar principle might work for a lock, with the DoTs, but who seriously FF's down a warlock?
But I really cried at the underlying items.

Pretty sure +heal no longer works with the heals for pets. Mp5 is a waste because locks can lifetap. :P

Yes, but they are both not "obviously terrible." - if you didn't know that health funnel didn't benefit from +healing, that's a mechanical thing that isn't immediately obvious. MP5 is at least reasonable - yes, better options exist, but people who are bad don't weigh them! Unlike Vrex, who is planning on becoming a dragon :"(

I bet he took the healing meta gem because of the 2% reduced threat. Still... there are better options o_O
